cbbe sliders (breast and glute) not working

Hello,

 

I've been modding skyrim for a while now and I always seem to run into the same problem, time after time.  the bodyslider for every part of the body works except the breasts breast fullness and glute sliders.  every time I have fixed it i had to restart the entire process from vanilla.  I am currently using about 150 mods but until now the largest bug was currency exchange not working.  I am using 2 mods from this site miashairpack.esp and CannibalismtPerkBosmer.esp.  This is a lore friendly modlist (for the most part) but I want to be able to fully customize as I plan to distribute it to freinds later (mainly for when skyrim together comes out) my load order is as follows:

I have reinstalled fnis, bodyslide, hdt, cbbe, racemenu and xpmse.  I have run both bodyslide x64.exe and fnis there are no comflicting errors with the default female body, as far as I know everything should be working correctly.  the only problem i could see would be a problem with hdt as that is the only mod I am using that affects those sliders that i know of.
