Script latency problems

I started a new save a few days ago and only played for like 5 hours before getting quite annoying amounts of lag when using sexlab/triggering sex scenes. I have a lot of mods but not more than I used to have. And the weird thing is if I load up my old save that I played with more than 50 hours with the same exact mod list/load order there is almost no script lag. I tried starting a new game and it starts with having script lag too. I'm currently at a lost, I'm planning on maybe modifying the old save to recreate my newer character and go along from there but I'd like to start fresh if I can.

Maybe I'm due for a fresh install of Skyrim I don't know but that'll take a lot of time and I have finals, I just want to play for a few hours to relax If anyone could save my save I'd be really grateful.

Does your new character have more spells/spell effects than the old one?

I notice you have hdtHighHeels installed. If you have told sexlab to clear heels, with that installed, it will need to go over every spell on every female in a scene.

And that is something that will take some time if it has lots of spells to check.

You should be able to open the console while it's starting up a scene to see if this is the cause of your issue.
