ENBoost issue?

so i removed my ENB completely and i just got a memory CTD, so i figured just having ENBoost would help and now every time i install it my game goes from looking good to crap? 

my head is lighter then my body and there is like this white filter over the screen. what do? when i uninstall it by deleting the enbhost.exe/enblocal.ini/d3d9.dll it goes back to normal but i get the Memory CTD the only graphical mods im using are ELFX and Grass on Steroids. 

Edit Note: my head is the only one discolored.

Edit 2: im messing with it, after cleaning my masters the white is gone. but now it goes from really dark to normal when i look around. the heads still discolored. and now im noticing my ui is broken. the N,S,E,W on the compos show outside of it. and when im regening the green/red bar is outside its box........

Just another day in my life i guess xD

 

Edit3: oh wow......it was Skyrim Reloaded.... i could have sword i uninstalled this awhile ago.. welp
