I made this little mod because I wanted OStim scenes to have a more exaggerated anime-style reaction instead of relying only on facial expressions.
OStim Anime Hearts adds large glossy pink hearts around female NPCs during OStim animations. The hearts slowly float upward and remain visible for a while before fading, giving the scene a cute, over-the-top anime feeling without turning them into permanent effects.
The mod does not activate just because an OStim scene has started. It waits until the characters leave the initial standing/rest state and enter an actual animation. The effect stays active while switching between animations and is removed when the scene returns to the initial idle state or when the OStim thread ends.
The player is never affected, and male NPCs are ignored. The effect is intended specifically as a visual reaction for female NPC participants.

- Slow floating movement instead of fast particle effects
- Long enough lifetime to remain clearly visible
- Hearts spawn away from the body to reduce clipping through the NPC
- Female NPCs only
- Player is always excluded
- Activates only during actual OStim animations
- Continues smoothly when changing animations
- Automatically cleans itself up when the scene returns to rest or ends
