what does it

it opens the vagina with Key T and the anus with Key Y and closes them
The F4SE (Fallout 4 Script Extender) hex key codes (DirectX scan codes) for T and Y are 0x54 for T and 0x59 for Y.

so now you can use all sex animation mods no matter if they have
animated vagina or anus, so no more dicks hitting against closed
doors.
