Years have passed since the Apocalypse and Pete has learned how to survive on his own. He learned how to grow his own food and he treasures his garden for the life it brings. As life became harder in the city after the downfall of civilization he decided to vernture out of the city and found this abandoned house that he made his own. He has managed to collect some solar cells and put it up on the roof so now he has some power during sunny days. He has a diesel generator but its hard to find any fuel to it. He does feel lonely so will you be able to help him find his companionship.

The lot itself is surrounded by a fence, mostly to keep wild animals and stray dogs out. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom and an open plan living/kitchen. The whole house is run down due to years of being unoccupied and the furniture are grungy. It has solar panels on the roof that allows him to have electricity on sunny days but in the nighttime when the cold winds come it has two fireplaces to keep him warm together with a gas stove to cook. The pool in the garden is pretty toxic so jump in at your own risk! There is also an RV that Pete found and managed to drive home with the last drops of gas. Much of the lot is woodlands but he build a small shed where he keeps the canned goods he has scavaged from stores and werehouses.
