It all comes down to lip filler. This update includes two variants: Settings 21 and 22.
Please note that Setting 21 has not been optimized for z-fighting because the lip makeup morph target was not configured to prevent it. As a result, this setting looks slightly less polished and is also smaller in size.
the makeup morph uses subdivided edges to achieve a smoother appearance. I hope your happy with the coverage as well.
If anyone wants to improve the morph+mesh further, feel free to do so. I will credit you and include your version in the main post so everyone has access to multiple alternatives.

More upper Lip Filler, the file's been marked as EnlargedUpperLip, i believe 021 and 022 are now the *same* in this file.
Unfortunately, because i've made a mistake, the lip makeup morphtarget had to be snipped out and then recreated. so it is different than the one in 0.0.1
Place into "Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod"
Run the game
and kabam!
