Welcome to our (almost) newly renovated Duplex. Situated in the centre of the Sulani shopping district (well just a 30 minute walk away) we have something really special for you! As you enter the beautiful and fully grown garden, you have the pool on your right with all the possibilities that gives.... Both apartemnts are fully renovated (almost) and the appliances are not new but fully functional (maby). Both apartments have a beautiful wooden kitchen in the open space that also (might) have room for a table aswell as your livingroom furniture. To your right is the amazing bedroom with an almost working A/C and you also have the bathroom close, in case you need a cold shower. There is also a small utility room attached to both apartments that houses the water heater and electricity stuff aswell as a functional washer and dryer (well, we think they work).

The lot is made as a residential since there seems to be problems when you make it residential rental but you can just change that when you have installed the lot.

You do need the following packs for it to look as intended: For Rent, Island Living, Get Together, Jungle Adenture and Laundry Day Stuff.
