You can open this and select a folder.Then it will scan through the folder and check the sub-folders.If there is a "About" folder and a "about.xml" inside it, then the folder will be renamed.
It's like this:
open"rimworld_mods_gui.py"(Two languages available:English,Chinese😇)
->select the mod folder
->start
->finish
E:\RimWorld\Mods\Yayo's Combat 3 (Continued)\About.xml

If it works well,you can see your folder "1345330"(Like a steam workshop mod number or something else)
->"Name displayed in the mod menu of Rimworld"
To be honest, at first I was thinking, 'Should this thing be put on the forum?' But, well, forget it, I'll just leave it here.
