About This File
This is a simple mod that freezes need decay for all sims on a lot. Upon entering the lot all sims' needs will be filled and their needs won't decay. This means that your sims won't have to eat or sleep while they're at this lot. I made this mod because I couldn't find one like it and it was easy to make thanks to Zerbu's mod constructor.
