Standalone, no fancy effects.

Craftable forge 1 ale, 1 steel ingot.

What it does

it's an instant kill weapon, no crime.

Why

1. You can kill guards on the market place. Shortcut dark brotherhood quest and things like that. As mentioned, the kill is no crime.

2. In sneak mode you can kill npc's stuck in a script loop or so, otherwise not killable.

To kill, do a power attack or sneak.

As it almost always triggers a killmove, recommend do not use on skeletons, essentials and other disintegrating actors.
