Starlight City Character Pack 3.6

Wanted to make a character pack for people interested in the characters I've made. Everything right now is a work in progress. I'll update this as time passes and new updates come out. I provided a text document detailing my plans for every pack.

-Made 4 separate exhibition modes

-All-Star Mode will contain almost every character and you can fight these characters on any difficulty. Be warned it will be an unbalanced experience

-These characters are to be placed in the random char cards folder. Here are the paths: data\_versus_mode\random_char_cards or data\my_custom_mod\random_char_cards

(Starlight Girls Mod)

-This acts as a regular mod

-Put the cards located in this in the random_char_cards folder

-Defeat and recruit them as you would any other character

-The characters have their own unique move sets and abilities taken from multiple different mods.

-At least have the Noel, Louisa, Meru and Street fighter mods installed for the best experience.

(Lore Music Pack)

-Took it out of the character pack and made it separate thing entirely. Wanted more space for characters.

Here is a picture of the bare minimum amount of mods I use for all my characters. I took out all the stage mods.
