Bimbos Of Skyrim - Bimbo Tonics Without Flying Lizards 1.0.0

Hello, This is for all the naughty girls who don't like Bethesda's main quests.

Replaces the Dragon scales ingredient for the Bimbo Tonic with Dwarven oil.

I tried editing the note but I couldn't get it to work in SEEdit and I can't get the creation kit to work on GOG.

If someone wants to do that in the creation kit, that'd be great.

I've got the text I want (It's half a sentence that'd I'd like changed)
