Adds 2 Districts:

Adds 7 Districts with their own zones:
- Comfort District with Snuggle Enforcement Zone - Open from the start
- Red Light District with Lithia - Open from the start
- Dairy District with Milker Zone - Need tech "Lactation Drugs"
- Sexology Research District with Sexologist Zone - Need Technology "Generalized Sexology Studies"
- Gem Incubation District with Gem Incubation Zone - Need Technology "Gem Incubation Insight"
- Breeding District with Breeding Zone - Need Tradition "Breeding Culture" for district and finish "Breeding" Tradtion for Zone Slot
- Friction District with Friction Zone - Open from the start

For open Decisions for advancing need Ascension Perk "Sexual Mega-projects"
How work: Unlock Decisions after taking AP -> Apply Decisions -> Wait -> Disticts receive immediately x2 jobs -> Change the zone to an Advanced

3.14 Description:
Thanks to SohCahToa (LV Extras) for the files for Alderson Disk!
You can disable Lustful Frameworld Districts - Edict "Lustful Void Addons Options"
LVG - Overwrites - You can(but not recommended) upload files over the existing LVG, so as not to create entities
Frameworld:
Districts
- Comfort District - Nothing is required to build. Analogue City District
- Gem Incubation District - Need "Gem Incubation Insight" tech.
- Red Light District - Need "Interstellar Economics" tech as for default Commercial District for regular empires and "Clustered Synapses" for gestalts.
- Concubines District - Need "Interstellar Economics" and "Divine Coupling" civic. Replace Red Light District.
- Sexology Research District - Need "Exotic Materials Labs" tech as for default Science District and "Generalized Sexology Studies".
- Dairy District - Need "Lactation Drugs" tech.
- (Amen)Comfort District - Need "Hyper-Entertainment Forum" tech as for default Leisure District - only regular amenities.
- Nurture District - Need "Unity of Purpose" tech as for default Maintenance District - only gestalt amenities.
- Impregnation District - Need finished tradition "Breeding".

- "Tentacle Integration: Milk"- need close first situation. 4 jobs for simple and 8 jobs for advanced districts
