[XCL] [0.19] BR BG Framework Mod 2b

This mod makes it easier to add bargirls to the game without conflicts with other mods.

It changes the ":: bar chat patrons" passage to use $npcs_present - meaning that multiple mods do not have to change that passage.

If you want Connie to show up at the bar after the house then you need this mod.

It also adds an $excluded_npcs array so if you add an npc but do not want them to show up at the bar if you add them to that array and use this mod they won't show up.
