I am very happy to present to you a new facepack utilising full shadow and lighting as well as transformable heads.
While this is merely an early version and more of a prototype than a beta everything should work fine but please try out with care and maybe try out on new characters first. ? I will add more faces as soon as possible while I fix bugs that might occur.
Basically this mod fuses heads and faces into one entity essentially making it possible to make much much more detailed and interesting expressions. Shadows, lighting and complexions are now much more feasible to create which should make it possible to create much more personable impressions on your favorite characters.
Ultimately it means any art style is possible for faces. ?

Vanilla hairs have had to be adjusted to work properly which means selection for shared gender hairs might be slightly limited or have a slightly different placement. I will look to see if I can fix this. Mod hairpacks in general will actually properly work better. ?
Beards are an issue I will look to fix, manually one by one if I have to. ?
If you find anything wonky with themes or anything else please let me know and remember it is still a beta. Very much playable but small errors might occur. ?

Huge Update!
Resized ALL faces to be smaller to make them less bobble headed and to prepare for a very exciting future mod that I think you will love. ?
2 Brand new semi realistic faces. Took some effeort to do do but getting the hang of working low res. ? Let me know if you like the more realistic style or you want slightly bigger eyes.
Complete overhaul of the first male face. Should look a lot better!
Bring some D&D into wildermythto celebrate or bemoan BG3 (still on the fence) ? with some elf ears, tiefling horns and cat ears!??. More to come! (and more polished ;-))
Future plans;
Add choice for makeup/au natural/tattoo/eye colour for each face.
Custom support for vanilla beards/slash restylised beards.
New dynamic style faces and hairs. (another exiting project that I think you will like) ?
A lot of you ask for 10000 faces support. Not sure if possible and if possible will come after the 5th face is added for each gender. I might be able to introduce similar mechanics, but full compatibility is very consuming and also might not make sense considering art style.
