New palms city 1.0.0

The city of New Palms City for Sims 3. I don't remember whether it is built up or not, but there are lots for it in the "lots" folder. You can build them yourself or with your own lots. Be careful, some of my lots contain additional content. Game version 1.63, all add-ons.
