If you want the Sims to look like how they do here, then the mods that come along with them in the download is a must. Be warned though, if you already have a mod that might conflict with the mod I have for that particular Sim then you might need to remove either the one you already have, or the one in the download.

But that being said, you are free to modify any of my sims after you've downloaded them.

Yep, she's a succubus. So if you want her to stay a succubus, you'll need the most recent version of Nisa's Wicked Perversion. I recommend you go there first, download, and read about how to operate this very first modded occult.  Any further questions regarding the succubus occult should be directed to the creator of the mod, Nisa.

This one's a small gal. I used Luumia's neck height slider for this Sim and it's cranked all the way down.

So if you want her to stay as the small cutie that she is, I recommend you have the height slider.

Character Background:

Strangerville's Hero. With an open-minded outlook, kind, caring, outgoing, and a straightforward attitude, Ashley is everyone's best friend. She can become the best hype-girl, or the strictest teacher you've ever had. Of course, she's not all rules and regulations. She also knows how to have fun, be it partying all night with friends or "physically" and "intimately" with anyone she fancies, but she knows her limits. In her circle of friends, she's actually the one to take care of them when they go off the rails and prevent them from doing stupid things.

Cassidy is a mermaid! I recommend at least having the Island Living Expansion if you want to see her as a mermaid. Be advised, her mermaid form has 3 minor variants.

She's also very tall. This Sim uses Luumia's height slider. So if you want her to stay tall, make sure you have the height slider.

During the day she's a singer at a bar in Sulani, but at night, she prowls the waters of Mua Pel'am ready to devour any polluters on the islands without hesitation. If she spots anyone defiling her sacred home she lures them into deep waters with her singing voice and then...

Nobody knows what she really is, but some the customers of the bar swears they have heard her sweet and lovely singing voice at night. She'll simply brush this off and say that it's just her practicing her vocals, but in reality, her voice is one of the deadly weapons she uses to defend her home.

Despite that, she pushes herself to do better everyday, and is always cheering herself up. After becoming mature enough, her parents wanted her to have a job as early as possible. At the time, there was no other easy choice but to become a maid. As luck would have it, she was employed to a family who were very friendly and accommodating. The Carmine household. The head of the family was so friendly in fact that she eventually developed feelings for him. After a while she has then become the Carmine Household's exclusive caretaker. The reason why her family immigrated is a mystery to everyone, but the real reason why is because her family are Paranormal Investigators. Yaritza is also in on the family business. From time to time she freelances as one. No one else but the household she's serving in knows what they really do.. She trusted them enough to know her family's secret, and in return, the household gives her opportunities to investigate any supernatural occurrences, in which there are plenty.

Character Background:

A highly ambitious and confident woman. She comes from a rich family and basically has all that she could ever want, but wants to achieve her goals in her own way. She wants nothing to do with taking over as the future CEO of her father's company which sometimes results in clashes with them both. But in the end they always find a way to make up... until they get into another disagreement.

She has eyes on a certain someone who's "very close" to her, but cannot act on it due to their circumstances. All she can do is give out hints and teases and hope that he's braver than her to make a move, even though they both know it's "forbidden".
