sse for beginners SSEB - Modified Skyrim configuration files 1.4

Although those files are meant for my 'Skyrim SE for Beginners'. They could still be useful for a comparison with your own.

For the initialisation of the game i used the following settings:

 The changes in the uploaded ini files are added afterwards in MO2.

I made them with the 'High' setting of DynDOLOD, so you might have to modify them. For that i included comments so you have a better understanding what the setting is for and what the normal settings were.
