I do suggest getting Noirs Futanari Penis which is what I use, will provide the link below in the credits. I like the way this dress kinda folds around the base of the penis as if riding above it perfectly tailored to let the weeny fly high in the breeze lol, the dress is not so great with a penis with testicles especially big ones, but whatever you want do or use in ur game no problem. Also your regular vanilla females can wear this too as well without having to wear the equipment, it looks good enough with the puss showing or the dicks showing lol.
This is in the tops category because I don't know how to merge a female top with a maleish penis mesh, disable the pubes >.< lol. So obviously you can use any bottom for this top as I have purposely done this so that you can wear any form of penis bottom with it for ur transgenders, not sure about Simsindulgence penis though. I don't have that one. I like my Futas to have a vagina and a penis without the testicles. It does look better without the balls lmao but not sure what his bottom parts will look like. Noirs regular Pornstar Cocks look ok with it too but the bigger testicles kinda mess up the look a bit. I don't suggest using a huge penis but do as you please xox
I did edit the specular for this short little dress to work as in its original form it was very long-past the ankles. Looks really nice with a soft or an erect penis and especially at clubs with the spec map making it glossy but as in the pic below some Alpha hairs will take away the shine, some won't. I am going to show you an example of what happens with one alpha hair I have in my game that took away my shiny specular map. Either way still looks nice, with and without the shine so it's whatever you prefer. Kinda like a 2 in 1 deal ..when u get tired of the shine plop an alpha hair on that takes off the shine haha.
