HIT EFFECTS: OFF - Bug Fix 1.0.0

This game has a bug where even if the HIT EFFECTS option is OFF, the hit effects will still appear during throws or holds.

This mod remedies this bug by replacing the effect files with empty ones.

Disclaimer:  As a result, HIT EFFECTS will NOT appear even when the option is ON.  So, it is recommended to play this mod with HIT EFFECTS: OFF only.
