While Bill and Brianna are in the cheap seats, Mr. Wellick is busy in first class keeping himself entertained with Mrs. Crocker while he explains to Jay that the only reason he is on this trip is to keep Bill distracted so he can continue using Brianna like a cheap whore, and in the event he fails to do so he will be putting a black baby inside his wife.
