After spending several hours re-working some old mods, I've created my own vampire overhaul. Vampiric progression is essentially reversed, causing vampires to become stronger as they feed, and receive buffs to health, stamina, and access to more abilities. Where my overhaul differs from others is in its integration with spicier mods. Vampires gain a major amount of arousal every time they feed, or consume a blood potion. To prevent vampires from being ridiculously overpowered, In addition to becoming very aroused every time they feed, they also lose access to a lot of their more powerful vampiric abilities until they've reduced their arousal, whether by having sex, or by masturbating. It creates a vicious cycle, making them more depraved with each feeding, and the longer they continue as a vampire, the more orgasms it takes to satisfy them. 

Followers can be asked once a day to be fed on, and recently slain enemies can be fed on to quickly restore some health. Health, Stamina, and Magicka do not regenerate in sunlight, and prolonged exposure to sunlight without wearing a hood, or helmet will result in bursting into flames, and soon after, death. No more running around naked during the day. No food, or potions will affect vampires, other than blood potions, and failure to feed for more than 96 hours in game makes vampires essentially kill on sight in any town, or city. 

For this playthrough, I started Nadja at Shriekwind Bastion as a regular vampire at level one, with very basic armor, and a sword that's roughly the equivalent of a nordic steel weapon. She has to make it back to Castle Volkihar and accept Harkon's gift, after which her goal will be to become the champion of Molag Bal, by acquiring the Mace of Molag Bal, recruiting various vampire followers to join her, and eventually taking over the Volkihar Clan herself. Along the way, she will be hunted by Vigilants, Dawnguard, and a number of modded characters I've added in who view her as kill on sight.

I will eventually be releasing a public version of my vampire overhaul for anyone who might want to give it a try. I'm not currently using SSE, but I'll probably convert it to SEE anyway, assuming all the other required mods are available on SSE.
