One morning, Heather spots a guy looking through the windows of her future home! Who is he? Someone who wants to buy it before she does? No way! She's going to give that guy a piece of her mind!

But as she gets closer, she recognizes Tom Peeping, a poor guy who isn't quite right in the head and whose favorite pastime is peeping. He's not mean at all.

After chatting with him for a while, Heather decides that he could be a potential customer. Even though he's a little disturbed, he's known by just about everyone in the neighborhood, so he could spread the word about her. And it turns out he has a little money on him! So let's do it!

Well, it wasn't very long, and she's had better, but she'll have to get used to it: customers will only get what they pay for!
