The Hot New Starlet You Need To Know!

 

Erin Emerald is only 19, and she's already taking Del Sol by storm. We sat down with her to learn her secrets, and try to get a hint of where her career might be going next.

 

DEL SOL VALLEY - When we sat down with Erin, we were immediately drawn to her personality. She's precocious, vivacious, luscious, just about any -cious you can think of. She started off getting noticed as the cute girl in several commercials, which helped her land a few guest spots on some sitcoms, including that infamous one in The Urbz, which you know we'll be asking her about! She invited us into her home for this interview, and decided to show off a little bit.

 

 

Q: So, before we get into career stuff, what's it like being you? What's in a day for Erin Emerald?

 

A: Well, I'm all about my art. So I can't wait to get into that "career stuff," as you call it! But I like to keep it simple. I cook, do yoga, practice singing and playing the piano.

 

 

When I get stressed, I have this great masseuse I visit. No, I'm not giving you his name. I don't do free plugs. But this job can really be physically demanding, and he knows how to get me back into shape.

 

 

But other than that, it's all work. Practicing lines. Going to workshops. Oh shoot, I'm talking career stuff, already!

 

Q: That's okay. We were going to get into that, anyway. You've had a couple of notable guest spots. Wild Flames, Dead Sea Adventures.

 

 

But your most talked-about appearance, of course, was your one-time guest spot on The Urbz. Network TV's first female-female kiss. Tell us about that.

 

A: Well, when they came to me with this, of course I wanted to do it. Mina's character was already out as a lesbian, but they'd never shown any of her girlfriends on camera before. They wanted to break that barrier, and I was flattered they came to me. I mean, really, it was pretty tame, to be honest.

 

 

Just a couple of modest flirts, and then the big kiss scene, and that was it!

 

Q: Tame or not, people did talk about!

 

A: Oh, yes, they did. I got a lot of mail. Both good and bad. Some very bad. But you can't do anything about those kinds of people.

 

Q: Alright, let's move on. You say you're very work-centered, but besides work, you've gotten some looks from people for your social life, too. Clubbing in Windenburg?

 

A: Ha! Before I had this life, I never would have imagined jumping on a plane just to dance, but it's fun.

 

 

Q: And we have to ask you about this. Some gossip rags have you out and about town with one Marco Forte.

 

 

A: Oh, stop.

 

Q: Seriously! Spill it, please!

 

A: Okay, look. Marco is a friend. We both care deeply about the arts. And he's thinking about breaking into acting, and I'm working on my music, so it's a good fit. He's even giving me piano lessons!

 

 

And, yes, we've gone out together, but not romantically. I know he has a bit of a reputation as a ladies' man. We all know it.

 

 

And that's just not what I'm looking for. But Marco and I are great buds, and like I said, we might have some career synergy going on. But just because people catch us at a museum, they talk like we're an item!

 

 

I can assure you, we're not. I'm more likely to just stay home watching a movie than actually go on a date.

 

 

Q: So there's nothing between you?

 

A: Nothing. We're just friends. And, like I said, he gives me piano lessons.
