The sun rises one day at a time to herald a new day for Adeltrude

At the moment, she has no choice but to look for a little food here and there

However, she does enjoy a few little pleasures in life, and loves to splash around in the little pools of water near where she sleeps.

And when the night comes, she realises that word of mouth has had an effect, and a few young people shyly come to visit her for the first time... They don't stay shy for long, though, and neither does Adeltrude.
