In my modified version she can use Drain Vitality (dragon) shout, has a healing aura, and is specialized on Lighting and Frost Spells. She can be quite OP to your liking so just tell me how you feel, I'll scale down.

The only downside of this follower (and others in general) is that you shouldn't give her any equip-able armors, she will equip those and you don't want that. I can't find a solution to solve that naturally, without relying on other mods. If anyone knows please tell me how to fix. You can use a follower framework to work around this problem, of course. Most follower framework mods should separate character's equipment and general inventory. Currently, I'm using Nether's Follower Framework and I see it's working well so far, this follower framework also has plenty of other great functions beside dividing follower's inventory.
