As I develop my own erotic sims movie I stumble upon some troubles. Lack of good beautiful places.

So I came to 2 options:

1. Enter build mode, put object on my househoold, go to live mode, take this object in sims's inventory (IMPORTANT - not all items are for inventory), teleport to place I need to change, place object in world. 

Important! Objects after placing change their height! They become smaller.

Shift + mouse = debug destroy object    if you are not pleased the way it stands. It depends from how sim stands, you need to turn him to achieve how to place object. Objects are not deleted when some situations happen in this area. They are saved.

2. 50/50% that it works.

Use mode "set objects as head", set object on your head, teleport, then again set object as head, it puts on ground. And disappears. At me it works this way.
