This peculiar individual is a Responder and a renegade.., um.., Neo-Synth.  First contacted outside Vault 67, Joshua 09 is probably the only one worth his weight in bottle caps.  This is out of 9 unworkable prototypes as cover from computer files.  Joshua 09 is his true designation and probably uses the name of his intended target (well eliminated his predecessor actually).  Joshua refuses to discuss or elaborate of what memory files are inside his head preferring to say the deed was unethical and immoral while maintain his own uneasy code of behavior.  He can be erratic and destructive in his approach to eliminating enemies or organization or even abominations that threaten his new friends and family called the Responders.   This synthetic organism was built along similar lines of another cybernetic organism, a cybernetic sex-bot called Ivy 6.0.  Whatever parallels this advanced technology has yet to be revealed.  A note to ladies and women,  Joshua, unlike Ivy 6.0 is a fully functional sex-bot with a thirteen inch cock, full of veins, thickness and girth.  He's quite capable of injuring or tearing a young woman's or little girl's vagina while leaving a small trail of blood intermixed with his synthetic semen.  He's a fully function sex-bot with the biology functions of a living human being.
