One of the few survivors of Vault 03

"The youngest was only five, Nicole Hamm, and the oldest of us was seventeen, Richard Harsburrough.., we made it uneventfully to the safer interiors of New Vegas.  We were lucky enough to encounter a NCR anti-slavery patrol as a outlying band of raiders, a splinter group if remember right, were laying await and hidden off the main road.  They were kind enough to take us in and shelter us until a larger and more armed patrol arrived.  We were escorted and most of us, now orphan were accepted into the ranks of the NCR military.  Richard was the angriest of the us and joined them without a second thought.  He took the death of his parents and three sisters very hard.  I haven't seen or heard from him ion nearly years.  I hope he's alive and doing well."
