My name is Nathan Jerome Wells and through the use of a modified Protectron and face screen technology, Vault 81, Vault 88, and the very superior Vault 100 (don't let that name get to you.  They're great group) though it would be a resourceful idea to use this message board for a variety of goods, services, recruitment, supplies, merchantilism, and communications.  Sort of a posting board (since digital notification in the immediate area is in ruins and non-functional).  Individuals and persons can post whatever they need on the board and/or transmit it via the radio tower and send whatever they need via radio to any place inside and outside the old Commonwealth of Massechuettes.   Notices and postings can be delivered to our office just right outside the main gate to the Diamond City.  Our Protectron "speedy" will scan them and then post them onto the main digital screen via wireless modem.  This technology is great.

Please, don't use the old public mailboxes.  Speedy will collect mail from those recepticles and thus any notices they carry will not be posted.
