Kylie's feeling of discomfort is definitely not going away and she often feels like throwing up. So she decided to go to the local medical dispensary.

We look at her strangely with her damaged clothes but most poor people come here so it should be fine.

She waits for a doctor to arrive and when he enters the room, he immediately starts asking her questions and examining her. Finally, when it comes time to pay for the consultation, Kylie explains her situation and the fact that she has no money. No problem! He accepts payment with the body!  

Once she'd finished, Kylie asked him what was wrong with her, and the doctor handed her a pregnancy test... Kylie is pregnant!!!
