gunslicer's poses, gomapero poses, rohzima's poses if I remember right, but I'm usually just scrolling through all my favorites not really looking on the names.

sorry for the late reply I actually forgot to follow this post. You mean the expressions on the faces? I use the Poser Hotkeys to edit the expressions. If you really mean the faces you, well, use just racemenu like you already do. The elf is technically a Nord and the other one, Zaki's character, is a Breton. Forget about what race you pick in Racemenu. Just pick one of the human races and forget about that choice, its irrelevant for your gameplay anyway. I've never seen a elf character preset that actually uses skyrims "elven" races. Just pick a human race and slap some elven ears on it from a mod like Goams Elven Ears  

For your other question Ponzi already named a good mod for that, but there isnt anything like this this recruitment scenario. If you are asking how I built this scene, thats again just Poser hotkeys with some pose packs I've already named in another comment.
If you want to play this kinda scenario in game you gotta RP it. Without a bit of imagination all mods do the same thing over and over again at some point. Just use a prostitution mod and make Rikke your pimp and imagine she sends you on recruitment tour or something like that or use Public whore and imagine you are being forced to promote for the Imperial army in solitude. Without some imagination your variety of scenarios will be severely limited.

I'd love a mod to place a few relief stations around imperial locations.

You mean the physical pose? Its been too long cant tell you which exactly but the texture for the "relief station" is from gunslicers so its from their poser. From what I can tell and remember its a painting that comes with a blank black texture that I just filled with something self made quickly, wood I took from some other texture in the poser, then just, painted a black hole, added text and the smut and smeared it. The hole is the same pose just without the wall, so its probably both from the gunslicer poser. If its not from gunslicer then its gomapero or rohzima's.
