Upgrading our Hotel accessories, and utilities and replacing some furniture, equipment, and devices was done yesterday morning. We are very satisfied with everything. Both, our guests and workers are very satisfied praising internet speed, quality, stability, online shopping protection, and similar stuff. We contacted Mister “XXX” in the States and told him about our successful investment thanking him again for his trustful investment in us. He was very pleased to hear that.

Two more things about the business: my Prince and dad Boss went to the business meeting with our hotel business partners in Mister Valter’s hotel. And again, besides signing an agreement about mutual help, support, and fair play during the summer season, they wanted to nominate my Prince as the most successful young (ultimate) hotel manager for 2022 for our region. He thanked them but he refused it. Even dad Boss’s persuasion to accept it failed. Namely dad Boss told him that it can only benefit and speed up his advancement in his carrier as a hotel manager, but my Prince was very firm in his stance not to accept it. My Fran still cannot understand his attitude about it. He was angry with him because he doesn’t see it as my Prince's modesty or humility, but stupidity. He lectured him when they returned to the Hotel. But my Prince wasn’t offended or angry with him because he saw his love and good intentions in his words, although my Ivy didn’t like his tone. She warned him twice:

- You better watch your tongue, Fran or I will rip it off. (She wouldn't seriously harm him). He is your friend and family but you owe to show him deserved respect.

Anyway, I was very proud of my Prince. He deserves recognition and rewards for he is very successful in what he is doing.

Second: Malicija “recruited” two more people as her helpers in “pet service”, a guy and a girl. She met them on the course for “Progressive pet management” that Hotel sent her to educate her. After talking to Lidija, we hired them as project workers, according to the needs. Malicija is already pretty occupied with work and she needs help, especially during the season. She is in charge of them and Sanja is still in charge of her. My, Malicija was so happy. She couldn’t stop bragging about it to Silvano and us and it made Silvano roll his eyes and sigh. We died laughing. Knowing her temper, I friendly warned her to be careful how she treats them for we wouldn’t like her to tyrannize them. If she disobeys, she will lose her “boss” position.

A new sex addict is discovered among our workers. It is a guy in “x” department. How did we find him? Well, he was too shy to come to Lidija and confess it and ask for help. His boss reported him saying that he and a few other workers caught him masturbating in the toilet. He did it too often and in the time when they were too occupied with work. When he asked him why he is doing it so many times, the sex addict said that he couldn’t help it, he would go mad if he don’t do it. When we asked his boss how long he has been doing it, he said for months. On our question why didn’t he report him earlier, he said he couldn’t because he is a good guy and a good worker and that he wouldn’t report him now either, but the others pressed him to do it. We met the sex addict and we liked him from the start. He was so cute being red in face all the time during the conversation looking at the floor. You could see he is very embarrassed. We didn’t blame him or punish him for not confessing it, for we understand it is not an easy thing to do. (Well, not for my and my Ivy, but my Prince knows all about such embarrassment ?). Anyway, we wanted to help him. We asked him if he has a girlfriend in the Hotel wanting to let them have sex at least one time during his working hours in a discrete place. When he said he has a girlfriend but she doesn’t work in the Hotel, we told his boss to let him masturbate, but again, discretely. And he has tell his boss when he needs to do it so he won't be having problems. (We couldn’t let his gf come and have sex with him in the Hotel for every worker who has a gf or a bf that isn’t our worker might demand the same rights and pretty soon we’ll have chaos. If he would have a gf in the Hotel, they would be allowed to have sex one time during their working hours). If the workers will protest about his often absence from work, we said to addict's boos to remind them that he has the same rights on short pauses as the smokers. What will he do in those pauses is his private thing. And that’s it. Problem solved. The guy was very grateful we showed an understanding of his need.
