how did you manage to fix your animation alignment with the high heels??i mean did you use any mod that automatically fix your alignment with the high heels or did you used the sexlab hotkeys?

if i disable the option in sexlab "clear high heels effects" then the pc is aligned with the high heels height but others npc do not so the animation became missalign...

also if you do not mind to give me  a screenshot of your entire moddlist ...
