The Twin Gods campaign setting:

This setting is intended for extreme fetish play in a tabletop game, as a default it includes female slavery, bdsm, incest, and bestiality. Any or all of these are viable to change at a DMs discretion, or at the request of a player.

Dwarves

Dwarven society is structured very similarly to how it is in most fantasy settings, if you have played a game in the forgotten Realms it should be similar enough to you. The dwarf holds are ruled by a series of kings, who all answer to the high king. Dwarves believe Rape, Murder, incest, and Theft to be wrong. With that said, women in Dwarven society are seen as little more than bargaining chips to be used by both male dwarves, as well as any monsters that have something of value to trade.
