13 - Objective achieved !

It's taken hardship and patience, but the big day has arrived: Kylie has enough money to buy the plot of land she wants from the local council !      Even the pouring rain can't dampen Kylie's spirits on this blessed day !  But now is not the time to rest! Now that he owns the land, he'll have to start tidying it up and buying a garden shed to put it in.     Get on with it !     $$$
