    You could try adjusting the specular and glossiness settings in the nif or comparing the nif to another follower mod that doesn't have the issue... the nif should be located in a similar folder structure : Meshes\actors\character\FaceGenData\FaceGeom\FollowerName.esp\randomnumbers.nif An image of the issue would help to narrow down the cause....

    copy shader settings from problematic nif to your nif...then use the flipped textures....
