The mod Gear Spreader seems to not work anymore on the latest versions of Skyrim, as you can see in the comment section as well on Nexus. The mod creator has additionally added the source code along with the mod. What's wrong with going for a more of an Ostim kind of UI and functionality? Isn't it open source already? Not that I hate Sexlab, I really appreciate it's existence. But it seems like it may be "two steps back" in terms of next-gen.

If she has a unique body, confirm she has custom textures. Then you need to analyze it in NIFSkope, and check where the mesh is pathing to If you already tried moving it to bottom of load order, then load-order is not the issue. (At least not your plugin loadorder) If it's on Mod Organizer 2, then it'd be the left-panel load-order to be concerned about.

Does you character have schlong equipped?

Well 2nd and 3rd were with Schlong. I figured possibly the issue came with the forced gender change that Sexlab does when you change schlong through SOS MCM. (I changed the gender but kept the schlong equipped) I'm not a coder, but I have used Sexlab long enough to confirm that "yeah, it is pretty weird that futa on female doesn't work." Can't imagine how many other people have this issue but just don't use futa characters. Oh well though, thanks anyways for trying. Edit: I found this I was wondering if you or anyone knows what these ID numbers are and where I can find them? Or if I could find a way to just turn off SOS/Sexlab compatibility in general via the scripts, that'd be amazing for testing purposes Edit again: GOT IT! im so dumb but it was this button right here no clue why the Olfina Gray-mane initiation won't start but its beyond my concern at this point

Additionally, these logs include my attempt with "Gender Bender" That didn't really do anything either What I did on this short game was Rebuild Sexlab, initiate sex to see if it worked, and it worked Then changed gender and then asked Olfina Gray-Mane for sex, didnt work then I changed gender and tried to initiate with doggo, didn't work Papyrus.0.log SexLabpp.log

I just had this issue recently with futa characters If you're a female with no schlong, and then initiate sex everything works fine but if you equipped one, and then initiate the game will act as if nothing's happening, and additionally sexlab breaks for your character until you unequip schlong and then rebuild (as far as I know) it's quite interesting but also unfortunate, because this is essentially the only version of Sexlab that works right now.

Yeah this is basically what I had to do as well I guess the balls have no collision lol
