    quick answer, check bodyslide, and outfit studio that comes with it, there are some tutorials around the forums. I think that's the easiest way, but maybe lowest quality results.

    I install it using NMM. You can find her in Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood. But I'm a little bit disappointed. Her face is a bit different from the preview page. Not as pretty and cute as in the cover. Is it because I'm not using any ENB at all? yes, this game is all about ENB, pallete, lights and the correct DoF effect

    wow, yes, you are right, the gauntlet, arms, shoulders, neck, and thong are from steel nord plate bikini armor, but retextured.

    i have custom body meshes and the game crash when tries to load it, even doing this "fix" http://afkmods.iguanadons.net/index.php?/topic/4633-skyrim-se-things-to-know-when-converting-standard-mods-to-sse/ but people says unp and cbbe are ok, and textures.dds too.

    if you cant find her in his mods in nexus, forget it, all of this are private customizations, You can try it, but think a bit, a lot of people message him to send them his custom mods. If he didn't release it already, maybe is for a reason.

    pretty sure its a character from http://ninirim.tistory.com/category but don't think its a released follower. Head mesh is custom, and i think he uses pure skin, but custom too, at least at face, or custom face tint mask.
