The problem is on patreaon the only payment option is to pay by cc. Paypal isn't even a choice. That's strange, my patreon gives me the option to add a paypal account.

The best way I've found is to increase relationships with the sim you want to have sex with and it ups your chance of them saying yes to intercourse. I'd invest in leveling social networking, at level 7 I believe you can adjust relationship status to friend, cuts down on all the grinding when building relationships.
