Hello Feliks, First, thanks for offering your skills! I have a request. I made a mod for a Fairy Race and have it 95% working. I can change my size to fairy size, I can fly and combat in flight, have animated wings. There is only one thing that I cannot solve at all. When I change size, my 3rd person camera does not follow my transformation. Would you try to make a script for a spell to change camera options? I spoke with the author of Customizable Camera and he said that all of his mod options are Properties and could be called by a script, but that he doesn't know how to do it by himself. So it could be a spell to apply a profile from his mod. I don't mind making my mod dependent on his mod.

Hello merfolk! Just coming in to say I'll be back home from vacation this monday and will be back on working the merfolk soon after.

The mesh is basically ready. There is a slight crook in game in the right side that seems to be due to some weight painting. As soon as that is solved, we'll release it.

We might eventually have the race in game. But I'm learning how to animate nifs from square one. I know nothing about it - when I make a mistake, I cannot even evaluate at what point the mistake was made - and with the time available to learn it will take a long time before I can do the animation on my own.

The first thing I did was to check the animated dragon wings. Is the best wings mod out there. But to accomplish that is harder than you imagine. I tried all the methods within my grasp, just cannot do it myself. In conclusion I wouldn't expect to see these wings or my Fairy Race in game any time soon.

Nonsense? It sure sounds like you're telling me what to do and how not to get sidetracked and how I should not "waste" my time with the nude mesh.

Anyway, it's my time to waste. Also, the nude version I'm making is only "inspired" by the one previously uploaded here. The mesh I'm working is completely new (except for the human part of the mesh). To be honest, what intrigued me about all this was the mesh created by EB, the nude mesh. Not specially because is a nude mesh, but I never thought of a "nude" mermaid till I saw this mesh. I thought it was new and different. When I read the part where people were saying they didn't had a working weight slider for the mermaid, I thought: "I can easily fit that tail in a pair of different bodies and make a weight slider for these guys, it will be fun to play with that mesh in 3ds!". But I didn't liked the end result. As firepower02 started helping me with the mod I'm working, I started developing a new mermaid and merman body for him. The new tail didn't started from EB mesh, i started it with a tube, that I made into a skirt and so on. And he is not interested in the nude version at all, but others are. And the nude version is what made the mesh interesting for me to work. Not that I will play the game with it. I don't really have interest in playing the game with mermaids, nude or prude. Fairies on the other hand...

No need to be sorry. I was just trying to point that if we don't like an optional feature, we don't need to use it. There will be a non nude version (actually the nude version is built from the non nude). I just get upset when somebody doesn't like an option and just wants the option removed, without any care for the people who might like that option. I never used the slim body option in CBBE, but I would never complain about it. Is an option, others might like it.

Geez, nobody NEED to use the nude mesh if the hole is bothering. But is good to have the option for those that like it.

The sprite will be very much pixie like, they will be small, have pointy ears, slender bodies and wings.
