Hi,
I'm looking into how to create custom poses to use in-game. I've already managed to dig up a couple of tutorials: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/70538-skyrim-custom-pose-tutorial/ http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php?title=Blender_create_and_add_custom_poses&oldid=1999
I have a couple of questions though that an experienced modder might be able to help me out with.
1. The LL tutorial (1st link) uses a UNP body to create the poses. Would doing so mean only a UNP body would be able to carry out the poses? If so is there a way to do the same process with a normal, CBBE, 7B, etc body instead? 2. The default 3D go-to seems to be Blender. Is there any particular reason for this or is it just convenient. I'm quite familiar with Maya and 3Ds max but not blender so just wondering if I could use one of those instead.
3. Neither tutorial really goes through how to make a collection of poses. I imagine this is just as simple as repeating the process for each extra pose and giving them different file names but the quote "I don't know how to do more than one person pose. Sorry." at the top of the LL tutorial makes me sceptical. Any information on this subject would be greatly appreciated. If I do produce anything worthwhile out of this endeavour then I'll be sure to upload it here for all to use. Cheers, DareDemon666
