You need correct animations for type of sex you want to use, download and install them in Mods folder and have fun!

It looks like you missing a dildo for animations buy it in build mode in skills section.

In game press on sim select "Kinky World" - "Settings" - "General Settings" turn off Pets. Or you can turn off all animals in game.

OK People for all of you - first: animations package files must be placed in "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages\" folder. If you do not have it - make it! Second: v0.3 OKW have automatic future of detecting animations just some of them - Amra72 and mike24, other animations must be registered manual. In game press on sim and in menu select - Kinky World - Settings and select any future you want. Simple huh?
