NPCs and Climbing/hopping

Is there any way to selfmod, or is there an existing mod, that lets an NPC not be stopped by a 2mm high ledge?

Simply Climb

 

Unfortunately it still lacks a climbing animation. No idea why no one has fixed this yet, since AFAIK there's already a climbing animation in Vanilla Skyrim (forget the cutscene right now).

Yes, but does this let NPCs get past steeper grades as well? No mention of NPC in mod description or thread, sadly. Would be awesome if so.
