cant move at all.

I can jump,sheath weapon, animations, my player will not physical move,cant attack either. i've replaced the data/data/interface/controls/pc controls, ran fnis, and used loot. but character just cant move body at all as if it doesn't recognize my commands. controller movement doesn't work either. For some reason if i force release all ai by Prison overhaul i move like two feet then same thing happens. ill put my load order up, but if anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated. tried enableplayercommands , did not work.

It sounds like an animation is running (but you don't see anything happen) thus you can't do anything.) Have tried loading a previous save? If that doesn't help try this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/ 

 

Thats a script cleaner, maybe one of the scripts are corrupted and its fucking your game. 

 

You could also try starting a new game. Then once you gain player control. reload your previous save(the character that's stuck).

1.)Could be I believe after 6k animations things might start to f*ck up. You could try removing any animation mods 1 by one until you can move again. but that's not a guaranteed solution. 

 

2.)Check your controls...this is a long shot, but maybe for some reason a mod possibly replaced controls.

 

3.)if possible try running a animation then end, see if that fixes it.

tried ending an animation, but started getting lag during a combat conflict. teleported to my companion, experiance some kind of stutter i think. kept going white like flash then back to character. ill try removing some animations though. still couldnt attack, but i moved then abruptly stopped like two or three times before

Try to run the Clear option in Sexlab Defeat. Or something similar.

Have you tried moving with the keyboard instead maybe it's being caused by the controller. First unplug the controller and then start the game and see if the keyboard works if it does then you'll know what the culprit is.

could move but it was like it just gave up after a few seconds with every button needing pressed a few times before being able to move with keyboard. but it still keeps stopping

well tried moving, went down the road stopping every few feet and then tried coc "riverwood" first two times sent me different places 3rd time it took a hike to get to the town plus kept getting pulled back ,facing different dirrections, so i think it might be papyrus?

FNIS has an XXL size version, capable of running up to 20K animations. The regular version is up to 10K. Make sure you have the latest version.

 

Could NonSexLabAnimationPack and SLAnimLoader be conflicting, maybe both are triggering different anims at the same time? You don't need NSLP anymore, so its safe to uninstall it.
