NPC freezing when starting a whipping scene

I just want to see if anybody else is having this problem, sometimes when I use specific mod loadouts the whipping is fine but when I use loadouts with 200+ mods it usually just freezes them when they hit you once with the whip. So has anybody fixed this kind of issue before? I'm not sure if whipping becomes buggy if the game is script heavy or if its an animation issue or what.

Alright i figured out what the problem was. It was apparently Tks Ultimate combat. I guess it messed up the whipping animations somehow.
