looks like you are using a mesh with seperate UV islands for nipples while your texture doesn't have the larger nipple portions. try this one

Hi

 

SSR.Event.Asari.Misaki.Momiji v2.1 I am using this mode.

 

I only have this problem only with the thumb of the right hand of Misaki. I am using HI-METAL skin. 

 

Could you suggest a solution to this problem? :(
