MASS Lag In Nuka World DLC

[Darkening Demise]

So far this is the only place where I suffer problems on max settings. It happens in the Nuka Cade playing whack a commie (typical American propaganda) and the shooting target game. I also encounter it in the tunnel ride where you locate a star core. Not sure if its the game, mods, system, or what's causing it. Maybe its the water mod or I just need to tone down the visuals because my CPU sucks?

i don't know half of your mods, but when the games performance becomes this poor it is often caused by a mod that deleted the PreVis and/or CombRefs of an area, so those optimizations don't work anymore. Mods that allow cleaning more stuff in settlements usually do this because they have to. Or using the iNi edit to diable all CombRefs (really not recommended).

Another reason can be mods that add to many stuff to an area, including statics for which the ComRef data has not be recalculated or it being overwritten by another mod that still uses old or no data.

So i recommand to do some error tracking by disabling mods that edit the places in Nuka World where your game looses performance and then re-enable them 1 by 1 until the problem re-occours.

My system is slightly better, except the graphics card (980 GTX) and no probs.

But you have already installed many mods - and many of them very script intensive.

Before you disable mods etc. - how is the performance after a save and restart the game?
