Makes no sense...

OK, got a real poser here for you.  I'm using Beeing Female on several profiles.  The profiles are almost exactly copies of each other.  But on one and only profile, when I equip the "Sanitary Napkin" it unequips my torso armor. 

 

Has anyone encountered something like this or have a clue what could be causing it?

Load order would help as not many are going to do the guessing game as to what you have installed.

Well taking a guess of my own, as I've never used beeing female, I'd say it's likely the napkin uses slot 52 and you have schlongs of skyrim installed. SOS hides slot 52 with torso armour and clothing so schlongs (slot 52) don't stick through them. So equipping torso items hides anything in slot 52, and equipping something in slot 52 removes torso items. It can sometimes happen even with female characters who don't have a schlong. Individual armours and clothing can be set as "revealing" in the SOS MCM when you have them equipped, meaning that particular item (and all others the same worn by NPCs) won't do this any more, but you may have to temporarily give your character a schlong in order to change it.

 

As I said, that's a guess, but it sounds like the classic SOS slot 52 issue.

Sorry, can post a LO when I get home, but what SleepyJim just mentioed i think answered it. On the borked profile, I had started playing as a male, but switched to female. Sounds like SOS still thinks the character is male and is hiding that slot. Maybe i can reset SOS to resolve?

Try fiddling in the SOS MCM and see if that changes things.
